Publication Information

Accepted and presented abstracts/full papers in the conference will be published in the official conference proceedings, a selection of full papers will be recommended to our cooperative journals listed below. Please note selected full papers will be recommended but are not guaranteed to be published in the journals. (please note that it could take up to 6-12 months before the accepted papers to be published)

  • Author whose abstract is accepted is cordially invited to submit corresponding manuscript to be published in conference proceeding/journals as listed below.
  • Full paper submission is optional.
  • Each abstract can submit only ONE manuscript for publication consideration.
  • Please select only one of following proceedings/journals for each of your paper submission.
  • File size should not exceed 10 MB.
  • Manuscript submitted to this proceeding must be written with good English and authors must be responsible for both scientific content and grammar.
  • After the acceptance or revision of the submitted full manuscript is noticed, presenter is requested to make an early payment for each paper no later than June 20, 2018. July 4, 2018 Failure to do so, the paper will be excluded from the proceedings/journals.
  • Corresponding presenters must make the oral/poster presentation at the conference site otherwise the paper will be excluded from the journals.
  • Please register to each submission server and make the online submission following its guideline.
