Registration
Participants are requested to “Register” to register for the conference. “Login” to your account is needed for abstract submission.

Notice to authors
- Student applications must be accompanied by a signed letter from the student’s head of department attesting to student status (the status has to be valid during the whole conference period).
- Multiple abstract submissions will be accepted. However, each abstract will be processed as its accompany payment.
The registration fee includes
- Welcome reception
- Access to all conference sessions
- Full conference materials
- Mid-session refreshments, as scheduled in the conference programme
- Lunch and dinner during the conference programme
Please be advised that your registration fee does not include travel insurance, please ensure that you have your own insurance policy before traveling.
Cancellation
No refunds will be issued by STEMa2018 for any reason. Participants shall have confirmed all conference information before they complete the registration payment.
